Q: Is it safe?
A: Yes, we use 128-bit encryption to protect your data during communication to and from the site. Your Private Key Phrase enables your health
data to be stored in an encrypted format on our web server.
Q: Do you share my information with anyone else?
A: No. Only with those physicians to whom you have granted access to your account.
Q: How does a doctor know to use HealthRecordsOnline?
A: Give your user name, Physician access code and Private Key Phrase to a physician who you wish to have access to your record.
Q: Should I carry all my HealthRecordsOnline passwords?
A: No. We suggest that you only carry your user name and Physician access code on your person. Your member's Password will allow unrestricted access to your account, guard it as you would your bank account PIN number.
Q: Can I restrict access to my records?
A: Yes. Members can change the Physician access code.
Remember to re-issue the new access code to any physician you still wish to have access to your account.
Q: What happens when my membership fee becomes overdue?
A: HealthRecordsOnline will contact members as membership fees are due for renewal.
Q: How do I remove my record?
A: You can delete you details from within the members area.
Q: Will HealthRecordsOnline remove my record?
A: HealthRecordsOnline will delete records of overdue accounts. HealthRecordsOnline would notify a member prior to deleting record details.
