The people behind HealthRecordsOnline are mostly busy active doctors, dedicated to integrating the advantages of the Internet into the daily provision of healthcare.
Now forming a network of doctors stretching around the World, HealthRecordsOnline is able to draw on the resources of doctors from a variety of countries, languages and cultures.
Pooling their knowledge, these doctors produced the ideas and databases for the site.
The efforts of the doctors were carefully reviewed by a HealthRecordsOnline administrator, who took it upon herself to correct and then re-correct the spelling mistakes and coding errors of several tired and weary doctors.
HealthRecordsOnline then challenged Intrinsix, one of Canada's foremost web design companies, to integrate the ideas and databases into a functional website.
Accepting the challenge, Intrinsix, a curious blend of talent, intellect and inventiveness, tweaked those ideas and databases and created HealthRecordOnline.com's electronic identity.
The following are the people behind the website.
Dr. Michael Gray M.D. - Our President HealthRecordsOnline.com
A graduate of the University of Manchester, UK, he is now a General Practitioner and Anesthetist in a group practice with 14 other physicians in Manitoba, Canada. The idea that eventually became HealthRecordsOnline.com came after noting the considerable numbers of health record requests the practice made and noted the often long delay which followed between requesting and receiving documentation.

Dr. Steven Connell M.D - Our Australian connection.
Our doctor down under. Received his undergraduate training at the University of Liverpool, UK and Vocational Training in General Practice in the UK. He worked in Hong Kong and New Zealand before settling into General Practice in Australia. His busy practice does allow some time for scuba diving and photography, he was an early enthusiast of the project.

Dr. Ian Sibley-Calder M.D. - Our British Connection.
Settled in General Practice long before most of the team had decided on a country of residence. He qualified in London, UK, obtaining his vocational training in General Practice. He now works as a General Practitioner in the North-East of England.

Dr. Ricardo Quesada M.D. - Our Spanish Connection.
Qualified in El Salvador and now living in Canada. He practices in General Practice and Anesthesia and is responsible for the Spanish translation of the records.
Dr. Kenneth Parker M.D.
Often mistaken for the youngest member of the team, he qualified and practices in Manitoba, Canada. A source of enthusiasm and more enthusiasm, he encouraged the project in the early stages, early hours and late nights. A regular visitor to the northern parts of Canada, where he provides anesthetic services to the northern communities.
Dr. Charles Lam M.D.
A Medical graduate from China, now a family Physician in Winnipeg, Manitoba and current chair of the Manitoba Chinese Medical association. He has also undertaken the arduous task of translating the medical database for HealthRecordsOnline Inc. into Chinese.
Dr. Clement Lang M.D.
A graduate of the University of Manitoba, Canada, now a busy family physician in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He, together with Dr. Lam, undertook the arduous task of translating the medical database into Chinese characters.
